An Inclusion Cell is a support system within a college that ensures equal opportunities, accessibility, and participation for all students, particularly those who may face physical, learning, or social barriers.

Objectives of an Inclusion Cell

  • Promote equal access to education
  • Support students with disabilities
  • Create a barrier-free environment (ramps, lifts, accessible toilets)
  • Encourage diversity and inclusion
  • Provide academic and emotional support.
