Starting from the Academic Year 2024-25, admissions to the Self-Financed Programs for students who have completed Class XII will be based on their 12th Grade Marks on the basis of Merit.

Eligibility Criteria for Admission

II. Those who have passed an examination of another University/Board or Body recognized as equivalent thereto.

BMS (Bachelor of Management Studies)H.S.C. Examination of the Maharashtra Board of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent

 Diploma in any Engineering branches with two years or three years duration after S.S.C. conducted by the

B.Com (Accounting & Finance)A candidate for being eligible for admission to the Bachelor of Commerce

(Accounting and Finance) degree program shall have passed H.S.C (XII std)

examination of the Maharashtra Board of Higher Secondary Education or its

equivalent and secured not less than 45% marks in aggregate at first attempt (40% in

case of reserved category).

B.Com (Banking & Insurance)A candidate for being eligible for admission to the Bachelor of Commerce (Bankingand Insurance) degree program should have passed XII std.

➢ Examination of the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Pune, or its equivalent and secured not less than 45% marks in aggregate (40% in the case of reserved category candidates) at one and the same sitting.

B.Com (Financial Markets)A candidate for being eligible for admission to the Bachelor of Commerce (Financial Markets) degree program shall have passed XII std.

Examination of the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent and secured not less than 45% marks in aggregate (40% in case of reserved category) at one and the same sitting.

B.Com (Investment Management)A candidate for being eligible for admission to the Bachelor of Commerce (Investment Management) degree program shall have passed XII std.

Examination of the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent and secured not less than 45% marks in aggregate (40% in case of reserved category) at one and the same sitting.

B.Sc. (I.T.)A candidate for being eligible for admission to the degree program of Bachelor of Science-Information

Technology, shall have passed the XII standard examination of the Maharashtra Board of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent with Mathematics and Statistics as one of the subject.

·         Candidates who have passed Diploma (Three years after S.S.C. – X Std.) in Information Technology/ Computer Technology/ Computer Engineering/Computer Science/ Electrical, Electronics and Video Engineering and Allied Branches/Mechanical and Allied Branches/ Civil and Allied branches are eligible for direct admission to the Second Year of the B.Sc. (I.T.) degree program.

·         However, the Diploma should be recognized by the Board of Technical Education or any other recognized Government Body. Minimum marks required 45% aggregate for open category candidates and 40% aggregate for reserved category candidates.

OR

Candidates with post HSC-Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Technology / Computer Engineering / Computer Science/ and Allied branches will be eligible for direct admission to the Second Year of B.Sc. (I.T.). However, the Diploma should be recognized by the Board of Technical Education or any other recognized Government Body Minimum Marks required 45% aggregate for open category candidates and 40% aggregate for reserved category candidates.

Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia and Mass Communication (B.A.M.M.C)

 

A learner eligible for admission to the degree program in Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia and Mass Communication shall have passed H.S.C Examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent Examination in Arts, Commerce or Science Streams. No college shall

conduct any entrance test in any form. The admissions are purely based on merit duly following the reservation policy as per the norms of Government of Maharashtra; stream wise weightage to be given is as under:

Important Information

  • Under the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, undergraduate programs will be three years long for a regular degree and four years long for an honors degree.

  • Students can choose to enroll in the fourth year for an honors degree after completing their three-year program based on the eligibility criteria.

Regarding Hindi Linguistic Minority Status:

  • Our college is recognized as a Hindi linguistic minority institution by the Government of Maharashtra.
  • 50% of entry-level seats are reserved for Hindi linguistic minority students.
  • No in-house quota applies to admissions for unaided courses (Self-Financed Courses).
  • Remaining seats are allotted based on merit and norms set by the Government and the College.

Additionally, students must register on the Academic Bank of Credit (ABC) site. Linking your phone number with Aadhar Card in advance is recommended for smooth registration.
