Documents to be Produced for Verification/Submission
Mandatory Documents (For First Year Students):
- University Pre-Enrolment Registration Form: Learner’s copy for the program applied.
- 12th Standard Mark Sheet: Original and two attested photocopies.
- 10th Standard Mark Sheet: Two attested photocopies.
- School Leaving Certificate: Original and two attested photocopies.
- Proof of Permanent Residence: Any one of the following:
- Electricity Bill
- Passport or Ration Card
- Current Leave & License Agreement
- Passport Size Photograph: Recent photograph.
- Aadhar Card Copy: Attach a photocopy.
- Academic Bank of Credits (ABC): Learner’s ABC ID.
- Hindi Linguistic Minority Proof: Any one of the following:
- SSC/HSC Leaving Certificate indicating Hindi as the medium of instruction
- Trust Hindi Linguistic Certificate
Additional Documents (If Applicable, Issued by Competent Authority):
10. Income Declaration: For learners belonging to economically backward classes.
11. Income Certificate from Tahsildar: For learners belonging to reserved categories.
12. Minority Community Declaration: For learners belonging to minority communities.
13. Caste Certificate: Issued by the Government of Maharashtra for learners belonging to reserved categories.
14. Physical Disability Certificate
15. Learning Disability Certificate
16. Provisional Eligibility Certificate: For learners from boards other than the Maharashtra State Board.
