Bachelor of Commerce (Investment Management)

 

Prahladrai Dalmia Lions College of Commerce and Economics a premier institute in Mumbai has introduced the Bachelor of Commerce (Investment Management) Course in the year 2016-2017. This course provides professional education for those wishing to pursue their careers in the fields of Investment, Securities market, International Investment, Wealth Management and Finance. The dual aspect of major of Investment Management enables students to understand the increasingly complex and critical area of finance coupled with knowledge of the practices of Investment Management.

  • Orientation Programme for first year students in the month of July, 2017
  • September, 2017: Organized Securities and Exchange Board of India Educational visit to aware them about working of SEBI for Indian Capital Market for second year students.
  • September, 2017: Career Guidance Cell in association with the Bombay Stock Exchange under 'Investor's Protection Fund Scheme' organized One and Half hours  Seminar titled ‘Capital Market Awareness and Introduction of Mutual Fund and Financial Planning'.
  • January, 2018 - Organized Career Seminar for CMA Course in association with ICMAI (statutory body) for SYBIM and FYBIM students.
  • February, 2018- Organised RBI Monetary Museum visit for FYBIM to give an insight of money evolution and how RBI manages Currency management.

February, 2018- SYBIM students attended Eureka Research Methodology seminar to gain knowledge about research and how to make project report and research project for TYBIM.
